Raider is a 1992 stallion, carrying a beautiful red roan color with black mane and tail and black points. He is a true line-bred Hancock horse, having 23.438% Joe Hancock, and is a grandson of the great Blue Valentine.

True to his Hancock ancestry, he carries heavy bone and a sweet disposition. He has been used around the ranch sorting cattle in pens and moving cattle in the pasture. He is smooth to ride, easy to handle, and has a very good mind. Even after being turned out through breeding season, he has no desire to pitch, and is always ready to work. His first crop of colts arrived in 1996, and should be perfect for ranch or arena.
